Soft S’mores Cookies bring the campfire treat to your kitchen any time of year. These chewy cookies combine graham cracker crumbs, marshmallows, and chocolate chips for a nostalgic flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
