Ingredients
  

Casserole Base

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken rotisserie or boiled chicken works best
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream adds richness
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup for extra flavor
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for a cheesy kick

Topping

  • 1 sleeve buttery crackers crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
