Instructions
Place chicken breasts and halved potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning and minced garlic evenly over the chicken and potatoes.
Pour chicken broth into the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
In the last 15 minutes, stir in sour cream and cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
Notes
