Ingredients

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the cubed potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
- Mash the potatoes lightly, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Mix in olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Shape the mixture into small skull shapes using a cookie cutter or your hands.
- Place the shaped potato bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
