Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cucumbers
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing, sour cream, dill, and garlic powder.
- Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and gently mix.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
