Description
Light and airy cookies made with jello for a burst of flavor and color.
Ingredients
- 1 box (3 oz) flavored jello
- 2 large egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in jello powder gently until fully incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let cool inside for another hour.
Notes
- Use any jello flavor for variety.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
