Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour by microwaving it for 1 minute or baking at 350°F for 5 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars together until smooth.
  3. Mix in milk and vanilla.
  4. Stir in heat-treated flour and salt.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
