Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add softened butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges turn golden.
- Let cool before serving.
