Description
A quick and creamy pasta salad with tender chicken, crisp romaine, and classic Caesar flavors.
Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, and romaine.
- Whisk together Caesar dressing, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
- Top with Parmesan and croutons.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.

- Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
