Description
A hearty and flavorful white chicken chili with tender chicken, creamy beans, and a blend of spices.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in white beans, green chilies, cumin, oregano, and chili powder.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat, cover, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice.
