Ingredients

  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed and halved
  • 1 lb potatoes, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup fried onions
  • 1 tbsp butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil potatoes for 10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain.
  3. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain.
  4. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Combine green beans, potatoes, and sauce in a baking dish. Mix well.
  6. Top with fried onions and dot with butter.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
