Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp soy sauce


Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, ketchup, mustard, and soy sauce.
