Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) sweet lemon cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until well blended.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
