Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon strawberry powder
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
- Divide dough in half. Mix lemon zest into one half and strawberry powder into the other.
- Roll each portion into small balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until set but not browned.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.

- For stronger flavor, increase lemon zest or strawberry powder slightly.
