Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Blend black beans until smooth.
- Mix in sour cream and salsa.
- Add lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
