Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder together. Stir into the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
