Ingredients
- 1 can Spam, diced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix cooked rice, diced Spam, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball into the beaten egg.
- Coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the rice balls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
