Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cold butter, cubed


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, softened butter, egg, and vanilla to form dough.
  3. Press dough into a greased baking pan.
  4. Spread raspberry jam evenly over the dough.
  5. Combine oats, brown sugar, and cold butter to make crumble topping.
  6. Sprinkle crumble over the jam layer.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
