Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup millet
- 1 cup green peas
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Rinse quinoa and millet under cold water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly toast the grains.
- Add water, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and serve warm.
