Description

A delicious twist on traditional pizza, these pizza pot pies combine the flavors of pizza in a convenient single-serve dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough and cut into circles to fit ramekins.
  3. Press dough into greased ramekins, leaving edges hanging over.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over dough.
  5. Layer cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
  6. Fold dough edges over the filling.
