Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced peaches (about 6-7 medium peaches)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla. Transfer to a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle topping evenly over peaches.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
