Description

A quick and easy one-pot meal combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with orzo pasta.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
