Description

Easy no-bake pumpkin cheesecake balls with a creamy texture and warm spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted (for coating)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother coating)


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a lined tray.
  3. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil (if using).
  5. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
  6. Chill until set, about 15 minutes.

Notes
