Ingredients

  • 6 large jalapeño peppers

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices bacon, cut in half


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
