Ingredients
- 2 oz bourbon
- 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Ice
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
- Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
