Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Sift cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder into the mixture. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra fudginess, underbake slightly.
