  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Additional powdered sugar for dusting


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine flour, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are lightly golden.
  8. Cool cookies for 5 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
