Description

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 6 equal parts.
- Flatten each piece and add shredded cheese.
- Seal the edges and reshape into balls.
- Heat butter and oil in a pan.
- Cook each dough ball until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh mozzarella for best melting.
- Keep the pan on medium heat to avoid burning.
