Description

  • 180ml milk
  • 20g unsalted butter, softened


Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add milk and knead until a dough forms.
  3. Add softened butter and knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  5. Divide the dough into portions and shape into loaves.
