Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup finely ground pistachios
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Extra powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add flour, ground pistachios, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until bottoms are lightly golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.
- Cool completely before serving.
