Quick and delicious homemade pizza pockets filled with gooey cheese and your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup diced pepperoni (optional)
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
- Spread pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings on half of each square.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
- Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
