Description

A fun and tasty twist on classic chicken parm, these sliders are perfect for Halloween parties or any gathering. They’re easy to make and packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip chicken tenders in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  6. Top each bun with a chicken tender, a spoonful of marinara, and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Place the top buns on and serve warm.
