Description

Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Fresh herbs, chopped


Instructions

1. Wash and dry zucchini. Slice evenly.

2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Coat zucchini slices in the oil mixture.

4. Preheat grill to medium-high. Clean grates.

5. Grill zucchini 3–4 minutes per side until charred.

6. Garnish with herbs and serve warm.
