Description
A classic green bean casserole with creamy mushroom sauce and crispy fried onions.
Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix green beans, soup, milk, soy sauce, and pepper in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Stir the mixture and sprinkle fried onions on top.
- Bake for 5 more minutes until onions are golden.
Notes
- Use fresh green beans if preferred.
- Add cheese for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
