Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes is a delicious and hearty dish combining tender steak bites and crispy potatoes in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes.
- Remove potatoes and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add steak bites and cook until browned, about 4 minutes.
- Add butter, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Stir well.
- Return potatoes to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic butter sauce.
- Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a cast-iron skillet for better browning.
