Description

Fruity Pebbles Sushi is a fun, colorful no-bake dessert made with marshmallows, cereal, cream cheese, and fruit roll-ups. Perfect for parties and brunches.


Ingredients

3 cups marshmallows

2 tbsp butter

2 cups crispy rice cereal

½ cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 large fruit roll-up

½ cup Fruity Pebbles (for coating)


Instructions

1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.

2. Fold in crispy rice cereal and ½ cup Fruity Pebbles cereal. Mix until coated.

3. Spread mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper.

4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.

5. Lay fruit roll-up flat, spread with cream cheese mixture.

6. Add cereal mixture and roll up tightly.

7. Slice into rounds and roll each piece in extra Fruity Pebbles.

Notes

Store in airtight container for 2–3 days. Best served chilled. Avoid freezing.
