Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp chili oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 boiled egg, halved
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat chili oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
- Divide ramen into bowls, top with green onions, boiled egg, corn, and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for more or less heat.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
- Add vegetables like bok choy or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
