Description
Delicious bite-sized appetizers featuring creamy brie and tart cranberries in crisp phyllo cups.
Ingredients
- 24 mini phyllo cups (pre-made)
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Add one cube of brie to each cup.
- Top each with 1/2 tsp cranberry sauce.
- Drizzle honey over the tops.
- Sprinkle with thyme and pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use room temperature brie for easier cutting.
- Substitute fig jam for cranberry sauce if preferred.
- Best served immediately after baking.
