Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
- Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until soft.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Stir in mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and soy sauce.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
