Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika and chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs, cool, and peel them.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
