Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lb potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook chicken until golden and fully done, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and shred.
- In the same skillet, cook gnocchi according to package instructions.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream to the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in cheddar and parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add shredded chicken back to the skillet and mix well.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve hot.
