Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add green beans, potatoes, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in ranch dressing and cooked bacon. Serve warm.
