Description
A creamy, protein-packed cottage cheese ranch dip made in just 5 minutes with real ingredients. Great for veggies, brunch, or party trays.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Juice of half a lemon
2 teaspoons ranch seasoning (homemade or store-bought)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives (optional)
Instructions
1. Blend cottage cheese in a processor until smooth.
2. Slowly blend in milk to adjust texture.
3. Add lemon juice and ranch seasoning; blend again.
4. Fold in chopped chives if using.
5. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
