Description
A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring tender chicken and ramen noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, carrot, and garlic. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onion and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
