Description

A quick and flavorful chicken ramen stir fry ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning packets discarded)
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.
  4. Mix in cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well to combine.
  5. Garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Substitute shrimp or tofu for chicken if preferred.
  • Add more vegetables like mushrooms or snap peas for extra crunch.
  • Adjust spice level by increasing or omitting red pepper flakes.
