Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Melt butter in another skillet.
