Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Whisk in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.
