Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in potatoes and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and shredded cheese, stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
