This Blackstone Garlic Parmesan Chicken is crisped to perfection on the griddle with bold garlic flavor and a parmesan crust. It’s fast, easy, and unforgettable.
Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Slice chicken breasts horizontally for thin cutlets
2. Mix olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper in bowl
3. Coat chicken in garlic oil and marinate 10+ minutes
4. Preheat Blackstone griddle on medium heat
5. Place chicken on griddle and cook 5–6 mins per side
6. Sprinkle parmesan before flipping and again after
7. Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F and cheese is golden
8. Let rest 2–3 mins, then serve
Notes
You can use chicken thighs instead of breasts
