A delicious copycat of Crumbl’s pecan pie cookies, perfect for Thanksgiving or any dessert occasion. These cookies combine the rich flavors of pecan pie in a soft, chewy cookie.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon balls and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
